What to Expect
Enjoy a fun and interactive HealThy Cooking and nutrition session right from the comfort of your home, and learn why we’re highly recommended by holistic practitioners. We address digestive, auto-immune & neurological issues, & inflammation, as well as cancer, diabetes, heart disease & weight goals. We’ll look at how cooking food in various things such as a crockpot vs. an air fryer, or pressure cooker vs. a microwave, or various material impacts our food and our health. We lead with the science of innovative cooking technology to improve & ensure health benefits & the key to turning picky eaters around, along with practical solutions to save time and so much more!
As a thank you gift, you will receive a gift of your choice if you want to share us with friends who also want to learn! Please allocate 90-120 minutes for you and your spouse to enjoy & interract on our session together. Your chef will contact you well ahead of your scheduled session to go over a few things.

How to Prepare
You’ll want to have the following items available:
- Before start time, Grate 1 Full length unpeeled washed Carrot onto a plate
- 2 clear glasses or jars (1 empty & 1 with pure water)
- 1 Fork
- 2 spoons
- Baking Soda (NOT baking powder)
- Measuring Cup that holds 1.5 Cups Water
- 1 Tsp (or cereal spoon)
- Small container for each person to dump a few spoons of liquid into (i.e. small paper, plastic or glass cup)
- As many as 4 or more Different Types Material of your favorite, smallest size cookware for stovetop. (i.e., stainless either with and/or without copper bottom, nonstick, iron, ceramic, enamel, etc.) Thie idea is variety of materiel type – NOT variety of sizes of the same materiel!
- Internet access is required as presentation is conducted via ZOOM. Your chef will provide you with a unique access code and password prior to your demo.
- Prior to our start time, measure 1.5 Cups clean water and sprinkle 1 level tsp Baking Soda into each small pan of varying material. After adding water & soda into last pan, measure & leave the same amount of water & soda in the measuring cup.
- NOTE: Water in small 1- Qt or omelette-sized pans will be approx. 3/4 – 1″ deep. If your sample pans are much larger, you will want to double the water & baking soda to reach the same depth/proportion in order to prevent cooking dry during the science project.
