INGREDIENTS
  • Granny Smith Apples

  • Light Sprinkle of Cinnamon

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cut washed, unpeeled apples on #1 or #2 cone into cookware til filled 3/4 full

  • Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon

  • Cover and cook on medium heat until vapo-valve clicks steadily

  • Lower temperature just enough to create semi-vacuum & cook 15 min.

  • Stir & for added WOW effect, frappe' in a blender 1-2 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.

  • Cool if desired at room-temp or cold in fridge before serving

NOTES

Delicious whether just stirred to blend cooked apples w/cinnamon, but extra frothy & flavorful after high speed blender for 1-2 minutes.
This also can be turned into an after-dinner dessert served warm with walnuts on top. Like apple pie without the crust!
