Heavenly Carrots

While our cooked carrots taste amazing without anything added, this recipe of my own raises the bar with an undectable hint of heavenly flavor. So EZ and tasty!
Wash, but DON'T PEEL, as most of the nutrients are in the skin and just below! No measuring, so just a light hint so you have the effect and leave them wondering!
Time for veggies is personal preference depending how crisp, al dente, or soft tender you desire. Adjust time on low accordingly.

An option is to place all ingredients except carrots in the bottom so seasonings melt and blend below carrots during cooking, but put all ingredients together without pre-heating either way.
